Peak 3

S: 80min + 50min + 70min + 60min
B: 烏塗 + 石碇
R: 6k + 5.5k
T: 7.5 hr
Brick: B+R, B+R

這應該算是最後掙扎週. 重新訓練久已生疏的蛙式肌肉, 果然全身疲憊. 幸好蛙式的感覺慢慢回來, 速度也有慢慢的變快. 現在累, 總比 10/3 當天才累要好. 長程耐力賽, 總是有許多驚喜, 隨時會出現.

另一個驚喜是單車. 週五換比賽裝備時, 上管下方的剎車線引道, 突然斷裂. 交戰之際, 軍旗斷裂, 實在是個好兆頭. 本以為沒救了, 幸好有小裴老闆的幫忙, 讓這輛單車能延年益壽.

車老兵疲? 沒關係. 不管拿到怎樣的牌, 都要好好的打完. 用無敵的精神力與笑容, 準備快樂的翹家去玩耍.

I had sports drink & banana in EVERY aid station. My blood level didn't bother me at all.
