17 Things That Triathlon Has Taught Me About Life

1. There are good days and there are bad days and sometimes you can't tell the difference until you start. 沒有開始, 就不知道事情會變的怎樣.

2. Contrary to popular belief, sleep is not overrated. Not in the slightest. 睡眠很重要.

3. Don't forget to breathe. 別忘記好好呼吸.

4. Just because it's raining doesn't mean you should cry. 別因為天氣不好就掉眼淚.

5. Nobody ever said it was easy. 沒人說這事很簡單.

6. Pain is temporary. Pride lasts a lifetime. Sometimes even two. 痛苦是暫時的, 榮耀是永恆的, 但兩者有時是一體兩面.
